"Switched from Lexington to the agency here, Wesley said it would be cheaper but my insurance raised. All the estimated quotes were lower then the actual amount. I’ve never been quoted something then see a raise like this. Stated I couldn’t get my car safety discount as I did with the other office because to their system my car is not good enough on the safety rating. All in all, nothing that was said when speaking with the office has amounted in anything but a headache. When you do call he talks down to you. He even took my home insurance billed through escrow and placed it on auto pay through them instead of my car insurance. It really has been a headache with this office. I have 3 different quote statements ranging from 600-900$ but the one they are saying is correct (the highest one) I still have yet to see this statement document."
